Welcome to Vyve Care ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate bestperiodtracker.com and the Vyve Care mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our period tracker app and website.

We use your information only to:
- Provide accurate period and ovulation predictions
- Personalise your AI health coach responses
- Send you period reminders and health notifications (only if you enable them)
- Improve the accuracy of our prediction algorithms
- Send important service updates
- Respond to your support requests
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We use Supabase (SOC 2 compliant) for secure data storage. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@vyvecare.com.
5. Data Sharing
We NEVER sell your health data. We share data only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the app (Supabase for storage, Firebase for notifications) — bound by strict data processing agreements
- Legal requirements — only if required by law and we will notify you where legally permitted
We do NOT share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.
6. Anonymous Mode
Vyve Care offers a full anonymous mode. You can use all period tracking features without creating an account. In anonymous mode, all data is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to our servers.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your health data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
8. Children's Privacy
Vyve Care is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@vyvecare.com.
